Responsibilities
Analyze compensation data and industry trends to enhance company offerings.
Develop and maintain job descriptions and evaluation systems effectively.
Conduct comprehensive benefits research and present relevant recommendations.
Collaborate with HR to design compensation packages best suited for employees.
Assist in the development and refinement of compensation strategies.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal compensation regulations.
Participate in salary and labor market surveys for benchmark purposes.
Create detailed reports for management regarding approval of compensation plans.
Prepare analytical reports to support decision-making on compensation matters.
Evaluate employee benefits policies and update plans as necessary for compliance.
Work with finance and budget directors to analyze compensation expenses.
Review and update organizational pay structures and benefits as necessary.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, or related field is preferred.
Minimum of three years experience in compensation and benefits analysis.
Strong analytical skills with expertise in using analytical tools effectively.
Proficiency in HRIS systems, Microsoft Excel, and related software preferred.
Proven ability to handle and interpret complex compensation data sets.
In-depth knowledge of legal regulations concerning employee compensation essential.
Possess excellent communication skills to interact with various departments.
