Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, tech-savvy, and results-driven Senior Business Development Manager to spearhead our growth in the UAE and wider GCC region. This leadership role will focus on identifying enterprise-level opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, managing large client accounts, and scaling NextGenTechs’ footprint in key sectors such as fintech, Automobile, Healthcare, retail, government, and media.


Key Responsibilities

Lead enterprise sales efforts across UAE & GCC for all major verticals and Industries Identify, qualify, and convert high-value opportunities across government, enterprise, and semi-government segments

Own the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure and post-sale relationship

Represent the company in CXO-level discussions, tech forums, expos, and innovation summits

Develop channel partner networks and alliances across UAE/KSA/Qatar for regional scalability

Collaborate with product, marketing, and delivery teams to create compelling GTM strategies

Respond to RFPs/RFIs and co-create solutions with the pre-sales and tech architecture teams

Provide market insights to shape product evolution and new solution offerings

Drive revenue targets and contribute to forecasting and pipeline reviews with leadership


Ideal Candidate Profile:

Education: Bachelor's/Master’s in Engineering, IT, or Business. MBA preferred.

Experience: 8–12 years of B2B SaaS/tech solution sales, with at least 4+ years in the UAE/GCC

Proven track record of closing large enterprise deals (250K USD+), preferably in EdTech, Fintech, or AI sectors

Strong network in government entities, large enterprises, or semi-government firms across UAE/KSA

Ability to translate tech features into business outcomes for client stakeholders

Excellent communication, proposal writing, and negotiation skills

Exposure to consultative selling methodologies and account-based selling

Bilingual (English & Arabic) preferred

Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel across GCC
