The HR Generalist (Arabic Speaking) will play a fundamental role in supporting the Human Resources department of our organization by fostering an inclusive and efficient environment for both employees and management. The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive HR expertise and fluency in Arabic, enabling them to act as a bridge in enhancing communication and ensuring HR activities comply with local and international regulations. They will engage in various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and training and development. Demonstrating a strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and establish productive working relationships across the board is crucial to succeeding in this dynamic role. Responsibilities
Conduct the full cycle recruitment process ensuring top talent acquisition.
Facilitate new employee onboarding to foster a welcoming workplace culture.
Serve as a key point of contact for employee concerns and queries.
Manage employee performance evaluations and suggest improvements effectively.
Oversee compliance with labor laws and regulations in HR practices.
Coordinate and implement training programs to enhance employee skills.
Maintain accurate and updated employee records for smooth HR operations.
Develop HR policies ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Collaborate with various departments to support HR initiatives.
Conduct exit interviews and provide feedback for company improvement.
Assist in the resolution of performance-related issues with appropriate measures.
Promote a culture of open communication and positive employee relations.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field required.
Fluency in Arabic and English both in writing and speaking necessary.
At least three years of HR experience in a multicultural environment needed.
Strong knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices essential.
Excellent interpersonal skills to handle sensitive employee situations efficiently.
Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite for daily operations mandatory.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment crucial.
