As an HR Advisor, you will play a vital role in fostering a supportive, productive, and compliant work environment, ensuring the organization effectively acquires, develops, and retains its valuable human resources. This position requires a well-rounded professional who can provide strategic advice across all HR functions, from recruitment and talent management to employee relations and performance management. You will collaborate closely with department heads, advising on HR best practices while ensuring adherence to relevant labor laws and policies. Adept at conflict resolution, you will mediate disputes and facilitate communication to help sustain a harmonious workplace. Your role is instrumental in driving initiatives that enhance organizational culture and employee engagement.


Responsibilities

  • Design and implement HR strategies aligning with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Provide expert guidance and support on complex employee relations issues.
  • Collaborate with managers to assess staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Oversee the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Facilitate training and professional development initiatives across various departments.
  • Ensure compliance with all local labor laws and organizational policies.
  • Meditate and resolve workplace conflicts in a fair and professional manner.
  • Develop and analyze HR metrics to guide strategic decision-making processes.
  • Lead initiatives to improve employee engagement and workplace culture.
  • Advise on compensation strategies and benefits administration to maintain competitiveness.
  • Develop policies that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workplace.
  • Manage performance appraisal systems to drive performance improvements.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Advisor or in a similar HR role.
  • Strong understanding of labor legislation and its practical application.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective workplace interactions.
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations with tact and professionalism.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret and manage HR-related data effectively.
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite tools.
