Responsibilities
Oversee the recruitment process to attract and retain high-caliber candidates.
Coordinate and manage employee onboarding programs to ensure smooth transitions.
Develop and implement performance management systems, aligning with company goals.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry regulations, minimizing legal risks.
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, ensuring data integrity.

Act as a trusted point of contact for employee inquiries and conflict resolution.
Monitor employee engagement, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Support managers in identifying and addressing skill gaps and development needs.
Lead initiatives to improve employee retention through strategic HR practices.
Work closely with management to align HR strategies with business objectives.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
Minimum of three years of experience in an HR executive role.
Proficiency with HR information systems and relevant software tools.
Strong understanding of labor laws and regulatory compliance requirements.
Proven experience in recruitment and employee lifecycle management practices.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Demonstrated ability to manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.
