1. About These Terms

One Talent Group L.L.C-FZ operates TALENTMATE®, a registered trademark and recruitment platform available through www.talentmate.com and related services.

These Terms apply to job seekers, candidates and applicants using TALENTMATE®.

By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. What TALENTMATE® Does

TALENTMATE® helps candidates search for jobs, create profiles, apply for opportunities and connect with employers and recruiters.

We may also provide job recommendations, candidate matching, recruitment services, AI-powered job search, CV and resume tools and other career-related services.

TALENTMATE® is primarily a platform and facilitator. Employers remain responsible for interviews, selection, job offers and final hiring decisions.

3. Your Account

You must provide accurate and genuine information when creating or updating your account.

You must not use false identities, misleading qualifications, fake work experience or another person's information.

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.

We may suspend or close an account if we reasonably believe it is being used fraudulently, unlawfully or in breach of these Terms.

4. Your Profile and CV

When you create a profile or upload your CV or resume, you allow TALENTMATE® to use that information for recruitment and career-related purposes.

Your profile, CV, skills, qualifications, work history and job preferences may be made available to employers or recruiters when you apply for a job, where your profile is searchable, through candidate sourcing services or where an employer is looking for suitable candidates.

5. AI and Career Services

TALENTMATE® may use AI and automated technology to analyse profiles and CVs, identify skills, recommend jobs, find relevant job listings, match candidates with employers and provide CV or career-related recommendations.

6. Affiliates, Sister Concerns and Partners

We may share relevant information with our affiliates, sister concerns, group companies, strategic partners, technology partners and authorised service providers where reasonably required to provide or improve recruitment and career-related services.

These services may include job marketplaces, recruitment services, AI-powered job-search tools, AI agents that identify job listings, candidate matching, career recommendations, CV and resume builders, CV creation and editing, CV analysis, ATS analysis, resume scoring, profile services and interview-related services.

Information shared may include contact details, CV or resume information, work history, skills, qualifications, job preferences, application information, career interests and relevant Platform activity.

Where consent is required by law, we will obtain it.

7. Service Providers

We may use third-party providers for hosting, email, SMS, payments, analytics, customer support, cybersecurity, identity verification, marketing, recruitment technology, AI technology and software services.

These providers may process information where reasonably necessary to provide their services to us or support TALENTMATE®.

8. Acceptable Use

You may use TALENTMATE® only for legitimate job-search and career purposes.

You must not misuse the Platform, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious software, scrape or extract data without permission, use unauthorised bots, send spam, commit fraud, harass other users or use the Platform for unlawful purposes.

9. Employers and Job Listings

Employers and recruiters are responsible for their own job listings, recruitment process, interviews, offers, salaries, benefits, visas and employment terms.

TALENTMATE® does not guarantee that every job listing is accurate, current or still available.

Candidates should independently verify employers and job offers before making decisions or providing additional information.

10. Fees and Paid Services

Some TALENTMATE® services may be free while others may require payment.

Prices, subscription periods and relevant conditions will be shown before purchase.

Paid services may include premium features, CV services, AI tools and other career-related services.

Refunds and cancellations will be handled according to the applicable Refund and Cancellation Policy.

11. Recruitment Fees and Fraud

This does not include optional paid Platform services such as subscriptions, CV services or AI tools.

Candidates should be cautious if an employer, recruiter or third party asks for money in connection with a job opportunity.

TALENTMATE® is not responsible for unauthorised payments made directly to employers, recruiters or other third parties.

12. Intellectual Property

The TALENTMATE® name, trademark, website, software, design, content and technology belong to or are lawfully used by One Talent Group.

You may use Platform content for personal job-search purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, distribute or commercially use Platform content or technology without permission.

13. Third-Party Services

TALENTMATE® may contain links to or integrations with employers, recruiters, job boards, social platforms or other third-party services.

These services operate independently and may have their own terms and privacy policies.

One Talent Group is not responsible for independently operated third-party services.

14. Candidate Conduct

Candidates must communicate with employers, recruiters, TALENTMATE® staff and other users in a lawful and professional manner.

Fraud, threats, harassment, abuse, impersonation, spam or deliberate misuse of the Platform may result in suspension or termination.

Candidates remain free to make genuine complaints, provide honest reviews and exercise any rights available under applicable law.

15. Account Closure

You may request to close your account through the available account settings or by contacting us.

After closure, your information will be handled according to our Privacy Policy. Certain records may be retained where required for legal, accounting, security, fraud-prevention or regulatory purposes.

16. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict or terminate an account where there is fraud, misuse, a serious breach of these Terms, abusive behaviour, a security concern or a legal or regulatory requirement.

17. Disclaimer and Liability

TALENTMATE® does not guarantee employment, interviews, employer responses, candidate selection or the accuracy of every job listing.

Employers remain responsible for recruitment and employment decisions.

To the extent permitted by law, One Talent Group will not be responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from unsuccessful job applications, employer decisions, third-party information, third-party conduct or unauthorised transactions between users and third parties.

Nothing in these Terms limits any right or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when our services, business, technology or legal requirements change.

Where appropriate, we may notify registered users of material changes by email or through the Platform.

The latest version will always be published on TALENTMATE®.

1. About These Terms

One Talent Group L.L.C-FZ operates TALENTMATE®, a registered trademark and recruitment platform available through www.talentmate.com and related services.

These Terms apply to employers, recruiters and organisations using TALENTMATE®.

By registering an employer account, posting a job, purchasing a service or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Employer Verification and KYC

All employer accounts are subject to verification.

We may require KYC or business verification at any time and may ask for:

• A valid trade licence
• Incorporation documents
• Authorised signatory details
• Identification documents
• Company contact details
• Any other information reasonably required to confirm the employer's identity and legitimacy

All information and documents provided must be accurate, valid and genuine.

Until verification is completed, we may restrict access to job posting, CV search, candidate sourcing or other Platform features.

If an employer fails verification, refuses to provide requested documents, provides false or misleading information, submits forged or invalid documents, impersonates another company, posts fraudulent jobs or is involved in suspicious or unlawful activity, we may immediately suspend, block or permanently close the account.

We may also remove job postings, restrict access to candidate information, retain relevant records for investigation and report suspected fraud or unlawful activity to the appropriate authorities where necessary.

3. Job Postings

Employers are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their job advertisements.

Jobs must relate to genuine vacancies and should clearly describe the role, location and main requirements.

Employers must not post false, misleading, fraudulent, unlawful or discriminatory vacancies.

TALENTMATE® may reject, edit, suspend or remove a job posting where it does not meet Platform standards or applicable requirements.

4. Employer Responsibilities

Employers are responsible for reviewing candidates, conducting interviews, checking qualifications and experience, verifying identity and work eligibility and making final hiring decisions.

Employers are also responsible for employment offers, salary, benefits, visa arrangements, employment contracts and all other employment terms.

TALENTMATE® acts as a recruitment platform and facilitator unless a separate recruitment service has been expressly agreed.

5. Candidate Information

Employers may receive candidate information through job applications, CV search, candidate sourcing, matching services or other Platform features.

This may include contact details, CV or resume information, employment history, skills, qualifications, salary information, visa or work status and job preferences.

Employers are responsible for keeping candidate information confidential and handling it in accordance with applicable privacy and data-protection requirements.

6. Affiliates, Sister Concerns and Partners

TALENTMATE® may work with affiliates, sister concerns, group companies, strategic partners, technology partners and authorised service providers to provide and improve its recruitment services.

These services may include job marketplaces, recruitment services, candidate sourcing, job distribution, AI-powered recruitment tools, candidate matching, communication services, CV-related services and other recruitment technology.

Relevant employer, job-posting and account information may be shared where reasonably required to provide, improve or integrate these services.

7. Service Providers

We may use third-party providers for hosting, email, SMS, payments, analytics, customer support, cybersecurity, identity verification, marketing, recruitment technology, AI services and software support.

These providers may process information where reasonably required to support or operate TALENTMATE®.

8. CV Search and Candidate Sourcing

Access to CV search, candidate databases or sourcing tools is provided only for authorised recruitment purposes.

Employers must not copy, scrape, download in bulk, export or create separate databases from TALENTMATE® candidate information unless expressly permitted.

We may restrict or remove access if candidate information is misused.

9. AI and Recruitment Tools

TALENTMATE® may use AI and automated systems to help employers search, match, rank or identify candidates.

10. Fees and Subscriptions

Some employer services require a paid subscription, package or separate commercial agreement.

Prices, validity periods, usage limits and included services will be shown on the Platform, quotation, order form or agreement.

Pricing may change for future purchases or renewals but will not normally affect an already-paid active subscription.

Unused credits or services may expire according to the applicable package.

Refunds, cancellations and service credits will be handled according to the applicable commercial terms, Refund and Cancellation Policy or SLA.

11. Account Security

Employers are responsible for keeping account access secure.

Login details should only be shared with authorised employees or representatives.

If an employer believes an account has been compromised or used without permission, TALENTMATE® should be informed promptly.

12. Acceptable Use

Employers must not misuse the Platform, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with Platform operations, introduce malicious software, use unauthorised bots, scrape or harvest data, send spam, impersonate another business, post fraudulent vacancies or use TALENTMATE® for unlawful purposes.

Candidate information must not be used for unsolicited marketing, resale or unauthorised database building.

13. Intellectual Property

The TALENTMATE® name, trademark, website, software, design, content, databases and technology are owned by or lawfully used by One Talent Group.

Employers may use the Platform only for authorised recruitment and business purposes.

Platform content, software or databases may not be copied, scraped, reproduced, resold or commercially exploited without permission.

14. Third-Party Services

TALENTMATE® may connect with third-party services such as payment providers, job boards, APIs, communication tools, social platforms and cloud providers.

These services operate independently and may have their own terms and privacy policies.

One Talent Group is not responsible for the performance or actions of independently operated third-party services.

15. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict or terminate an employer account where there is fraud, failed KYC or verification, misuse of candidate information, false job postings, unauthorised data extraction, non-payment, abusive behaviour, a security concern or a serious breach of these Terms.

Paid access may also stop when a subscription expires or usage limits are reached.

16. Account Closure

Employers may request account closure through the Platform or by contacting us.

After closure, information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Certain records may be retained where required for legal, accounting, regulatory, security, fraud-prevention or dispute-resolution purposes.

17. Liability

TALENTMATE® does not guarantee that an employer will receive applications, find a suitable candidate or successfully fill a vacancy.

We do not guarantee the accuracy of every CV, qualification, statement or document provided by a candidate.

Employers remain responsible for carrying out their own checks before making any hiring decision.

To the extent permitted by law, One Talent Group will not be responsible for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business opportunity, employment disputes, candidate conduct, third-party actions or service interruptions outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded.

18. Force Majeure

TALENTMATE® will not be responsible for delays or interruptions caused by matters reasonably outside our control, including internet failures, infrastructure outages, third-party service failures, government actions, cyber incidents or natural events.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when our services, business, technology or legal requirements change.

Where appropriate, we may notify registered employers of material changes by email or through the Platform.

The latest version will always be available on TALENTMATE®.
