Job Description

As an HR Intern, you will gain practical experience and exposure to various aspects of human resources management. This internship opportunity will provide you with insights into HR functions, processes, and best practices while contributing to the overall HR team's initiatives.


Responsibilities:


  • Assist in posting job vacancies on job boards and company websites.
  • Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and communicate with candidates.
  • Prepare onboarding materials for new hires.
  • Assist in conducting orientation sessions for new employees.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR database.
  • Ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Help coordinate training sessions and workshops for employees.
  • Assist in tracking attendance and training completion.
  • Assist in updating and communicating HR policies and procedures to employees.
  • Address basic employee inquiries related to HR policies.
  • Provide support in addressing employee inquiries and concerns.
  • Collaborate with HR team members to address employee needs.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and maintaining HR files.
  • Participate in the planning and coordination of employee engagement activities and events.
  • Contribute to HR projects related to process improvement, diversity and inclusion, or other HR initiatives.
  • Actively engage in learning opportunities and seek mentorship from HR professionals.
  • Gain exposure to different HR functions, such as recruitment, benefits, and performance management.

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Recent graduates are also welcome to apply.
  • Strong interest in a career in human resources.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and adaptability.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Basic understanding of HR principles and practices.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages such as Arabic is beneficial.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule based on internship requirements.
