Bartender

A Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving beverages to guests in a bar or restaurant. They create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere by providing excellent customer service and showcasing their mixology skills. Bartenders are also knowledgeable about a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with customers in a friendly manner.
• Take and process drink orders, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic.
• Prepare and serve beverages according to recipes and customer preferences.
• Ensure that the bar area is clean and well-stocked at all times.
• Check identification to verify the legal drinking age of customers.
• Upsell and promote drink specials or new menu items.
• Handle cash transactions and operate a cash register.
• Maintain knowledge of liquor laws and regulations.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of an electrical apprenticeship program or relevant vocational training.
• Journeyman or master electrician license required.
• Knowledge of electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Proficiency in reading technical drawings and electrical schematics.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Physical stamina and ability to work in various locations and conditions.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
