As an experienced Hotel Manager, you will bring leadership and strategic oversight to ensure the efficient and profitable running of our hotel. You will be tasked with maintaining an exceptional standard of hospitality and ensuring that your team upholds customer satisfaction as a top priority. Your role involves creating an inviting environment for guests and aligning all operations with the hotel’s mission and goals. You will liaise with different departments to ensure seamless service delivery, manage resources efficiently, and drive positive financial results. Your role is pivotal in creating a brand that guests remember and recommend, so we expect innovation, dedication, and passion for hospitality.
Responsibilities
Manage daily operations to maintain high efficiency and productivity in the hotel.
Oversee the staff recruitment process ensuring the proper selection of candidates.
Implement hotel policies and strategies to achieve long-term business goals.
Monitor the financial performance and implement plans to increase the revenue.
Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation for a secure guest environment.
Lead regular meetings with department heads to review hotel's performance.
Handle guest complaints and inquiries promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.
Develop marketing plans to boost the hotel’s presence and attract more guests.
Conduct regular inspections of the facility to ensure quality standards are met.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintaining hotel resources.
Plan and oversee renovations, refurbishments, and updates to hotel facilities.
Manage the hotel budget to ensure profit maximization and cost control.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel management or similar role.
Excellent leadership skills with proven experience in team management.
Strong financial acumen and experience with budget management is essential.
Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
