As an experienced Hotel Manager, you will bring leadership and strategic oversight to ensure the efficient and profitable running of our hotel. Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations to maintain high efficiency and productivity in the hotel.
• Oversee the staff recruitment process ensuring the proper selection of candidates.
• Implement hotel policies and strategies to achieve long-term business goals.
• Monitor the financial performance and implement plans to increase the revenue.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation for a secure guest environment.
• Lead regular meetings with department heads to review hotel's performance.
• Handle guest complaints and inquiries promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Develop marketing plans to boost the hotel’s presence and attract more guests.
• Conduct regular inspections of the facility to ensure quality standards are met.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintaining hotel resources.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel management or similar role.
• Excellent leadership skills with proven experience in team management.
• Strong financial acumen and experience with budget management is essential.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
