Manager School Operations

The Manager School Operations oversees the daily administrative and operational functions of a school, ensuring all departments work in alignment with academic goals. The role involves managing support services, compliance, logistics, budgeting, and human resources to ensure a smooth and efficient school environment. The ideal candidate should be an organized leader with strong problem-solving skills and experience in educational institutions.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise all non-academic operations of the school

• Oversee facilities, transportation, security, and maintenance services

• Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards

• Coordinate procurement and vendor management

• Support the principal in planning and implementing school policies

• Monitor budget and control operational expenses

• Manage administrative staff and support recruitment activities

• Facilitate communication between departments and external agencies

• Organize school events, schedules, and logistics

• Maintain accurate operational and compliance records

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education Management, or related field

• Minimum 5 years of experience in school or institutional operations

• Knowledge of KHDA/MOE regulations and school compliance procedures

• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills

• Proficient in MS Office and school management systems

• Excellent problem-solving and time management capabilities

• Ability to work collaboratively with academic and non-academic teams
