Cook cum Housekeeper

REQUIREMENTS:

• Age limit up to 25-30 yrs. old

• Preferably unmarried status.

• Personality: Presentable

• Fair complexion with pleasing personality.

• Character: Polite, Honest and Trustworthy

• Gender: Male

• Fair English

• Education: Minimum Secondary School

• Experience: 3 to 4 years in Hotel Management Industry

• Candidate strictly having experience in 4 star hotels as Commit of 2 years minimum and familiar with North, South Indian and grill foods

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1) Housekeeper should be well conversant with housekeeping such as:

• Cleaning floor, table and all utilities in house every day basis

• Cleaning toilet, kitchen, bathroom etc. Daily checking required items for the toilet, bath room and kitchen

• All house hold items should be kept in a proper place with proper cleaning.

• All cooking vessels should be clean and shining

• Preparing bed every day

2) Knowledge in preparing food.

• All kind of Indian veg and non-veg menus of north and south Mughal, including Afghani and Pakistani style.

• Grills of all kind of food in Tawa and grill as well as oven baking.

• All kind of breads such as Nan, Tandoor, South Indian bread and Chappati etc.,

• Fair knowledge in Western foods and Far East Asia such as Chinese, Thai, Vietnam etc.

• Mediterranean food knowledge is an advantage.

• Well familiar to prepare the salad and juices.

3) Washing of clothes and ironing should be done. How to know starching, and hand wash for the special and expensive clothes.

4) Dressing should be neat and decent way. He is not allowed to wear any kind of half dress by exhibiting the body. Pant and shirt shall be the normal allowed dress.

5) He is not allowed to bring any kind of food which is not HALAL, like pork, alcohols to the house.

6) He is not allowed to bring any of his friends to the house whatsoever the reasons.

7) Language:

Capable to speak and understand ENGLISH. (Not necessarily excellent English language capability as long as he is able to understand.)

DRESS CODE:

• White & Clean in Waiter Dress Code

SALARY & BENEFITS:

• AED 1,600.00 per month.

• Free Food & Accommodation we will provide.

• Leave – Yearly once, Free Ticket every 2 years.

• Working Hours: Housekeeping duty 11 hours.

• Duty timings: 7:00 AM – 07:00 PM (including 1 hr. lunch break + tea time (30 mins x 2)
