Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in an operations management role.
  • Proven track record of leadership and effective team management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities to address operational challenges skilfully.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively across departments and hierarchies.
  • Proficiency in using relevant software for operations management and reporting.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic operational initiatives successfully.
