Job Description

As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our online presence and brand recognition. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aimed at increasing customer engagement, lead generation, and revenue growth. You will be a key player in optimizing our digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and online advertising. By analyzing performance data and staying at the forefront of industry trends, you will guide our team to achieve business objectives while ensuring alignment with overall marketing and organizational goals.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies and campaigns to enhance brand visibility and reach.
  • Oversee content creation and distribution across various digital platforms to engage and inform our target audience.
  • Manage online advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, ad creation, and ongoing performance tracking.
  • Optimize website content and structure to improve search engine ranking and user experience.
  • Plan and execute email marketing initiatives, including list segmentation, content creation, and A/B testing.
  • Monitor and engage with our audience on social media channels, fostering meaningful interactions.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends and emerging technologies to identify innovative opportunities.
  • Prepare regular reports on digital marketing performance, extracting actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Lead and mentor the digital marketing team, providing guidance and support to drive results.


  • BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
