Job Description

As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be at the forefront of our online marketing efforts, responsible for driving brand awareness, engaging customers, and generating leads through various digital channels. Your main task will be to strategize, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns that promote our company and its products and services. You will also play a pivotal role in enhancing our brand's visibility within the digital landscape through effective use of platforms such as social media, email marketing, SEO, and content marketing. This role necessitates a blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and up-to-date knowledge of the latest digital marketing trends to ensure that marketing initiatives align with business strategies, driving customer engagement and growth. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will craft compelling content, optimize landing pages, and consistently analyze the performance of digital marketing efforts to guide data-driven decisions. Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee an innovative digital marketing strategy for brand growth.
  • Coordinate with the creative team to produce engaging and effective digital content.
  • Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution.
  • Analyze digital marketing analytics reports to achieve better results and improve strategies.
  • Identify trends and insights, optimizing spend and performance based on analysis.
  • Monitor the competition and provide suggestions for improvement and better marketing strategies.
  • Manage corporate social media channels and engage with followers effectively.
  • Work alongside content marketing and design teams to create suitable content for each stage of a campaign.
  • Oversee and manage all digital marketing channels to ensure brand consistency.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Conduct market and competitor research to support strategic marketing decisions and initiatives.
  • Ensure that project/department milestones/goals are met while adhering to budgets.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or relevant field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing or similar marketing role.
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, and social media campaigns.
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking with great problem-solving skills.
  • Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Creative and innovative personality with a strong customer-first mindset.
