Senior Business Analyst

The Senior Business Analyst acts as a strategic bridge between business needs and technology solutions. This role is responsible for evaluating business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and translating requirements into actionable project plans. Working cross-functionally with stakeholders, analysts, and developers, the Senior Business Analyst ensures that solutions align with organizational goals and deliver measurable value.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders

• Document processes and develop workflow models

• Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for process optimization

• Translate business needs into functional specifications

• Support project planning, testing, and implementation phases

• Conduct impact assessments and develop change management strategies

• Lead stakeholder meetings and facilitate requirements workshops

• Create detailed reports, dashboards, and performance metrics

• Collaborate with developers, QA, and project managers to ensure delivery

• Evaluate and recommend new tools or systems for business improvement

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, or related field

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, ideally in complex environments

• Proficiency with business analysis tools 

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills

• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to change
