A Sales Executive in the Jewellery industry plays a crucial role in driving sales and fostering customer relationships to ensure the continuous growth and success of the business. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, a passion for luxury products, and the ability to articulate the distinctive attributes of the jewellery pieces to potential customers. You will be responsible for managing the sales process from initial contact with the customer to the final sale, ensuring that customer service standards are exceeded while driving revenue goals. This role involves working closely with other members of the sales team and providing insights into customer preferences and market trends. The Sales Executive must stay informed about industry developments, such as the latest design trends and advancements in materials, to provide knowledgeable recommendations to customers. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain a visually appealing presentation of jewellery displays, contribute to promotional and marketing activities designed to attract and retain customers, and ensure the achievement of established sales objectives.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers for repeat business.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets on a consistent basis monthly.
  • Communicate effectively to help customers understand product features.
  • Guide customers through the selection process to make informed decisions.
  • Ensure timely follow-up with customers to generate additional sales.
  • Participate in training sessions for continued professional development.
  • Keep jewellery displays clean, organized, and visually appealing daily.
  • Provide detailed feedback to management about customer preferences.
  • Coordinate customer orders and repairs efficiently to meet expectations.
  • Stay informed about current fashion trends to assist customer choices.
  • Collaborate with marketing team to plan and execute sales events.
  • Review sales performance regularly and adjust strategies when necessary.


Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales role preferred.
  • Previous experience in the jewellery industry is an added advantage.
  • Strong communication skills to convey product details effectively.
  • Proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets regularly.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a client-first mentality.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
  • Knowledge of current jewellery design trends and customer preferences.
