Job Description

As an HR Generalist, you will play a pivotal role in implementing HR policies and managing HR-related programs. This position demands a proactive and detail-oriented individual who is comfortable working in a dynamic environment. You will be responsible for fostering a culture of excellence by championing employee engagement and ensuring a seamless onboarding process for new hires. You'll be collaborating closely with various departments to streamline HR processes and anticipate organizational needs. Your contribution is crucial in shaping the company's workforce strategy through hands-on involvement in recruitment, performance management, and employee relations. Additionally, your approachability and superb communications skills will enhance employee satisfaction and retention, thus contributing positively to the company's growth and success.


Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
  • Develop and implement onboarding programs to help new hires assimilate quickly into the organization.
  • Manage employee records and ensure thorough documentation in compliance with company policies.
  • Facilitate employee engagement initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Assist in developing, implementing, and updating HR policies and procedures when necessary.
  • Coordinate training sessions and managerial training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related queries and policies.
  • Conduct regular audits of HR processes to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Handle employee relations issues and work towards satisfactory resolutions while balancing company policies.
  • Collaborate with department heads to forecast staffing needs and manage workforce planning.
  • Prepare and analyze HR metrics to provide insights for decision-making processes.
  • Administer benefits programs and resolve any issues related to employee compensations and benefits.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a comprehensive HR role.
  • Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite applications is required.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and conflict resolution skills are a must.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of state and federal employment laws is required.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
