HR Analyst

An HR Analyst plays an essential role within the human resources team, providing analytical expertise and insights necessary to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of HR policies and practices. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in data analysis, particularly within an HR function or related role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Excellent proficiency with data analysis tools and HR software applications.
• Outstanding communication skills to present findings effectively to stakeholders.
