Job Description

A Recruitment Officer plays a pivotal role within our organization, responsible for identifying and attracting top talent to meet our staffing needs. With a keen focus on talent acquisition, the Recruitment Officer strategically partners with hiring managers to understand their specific requirements and develop comprehensive recruitment plans. Leveraging multiple sourcing techniques, the role emphasizes the importance of building a robust candidate pipeline, reducing time-to-hire, and ultimately enhancing the company's growth and success. The officer must maintain open communication lines, ensure an exceptional candidate experience, and uphold the company's reputation as an employer of choice. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to source candidates.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs.
  • Utilize a mix of channels like job boards, social media, and referrals.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.
  • Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with relevant hiring teams.
  • Maintain and update recruitment databases to track applicant progress.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Provide timely updates to candidates on their application status.
  • Assist in negotiating job offers and salary packages with candidates.
  • Organize and participate in career fairs, events, and networking sessions.
  • Continuously monitor and report on recruitment metrics and KPIs.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment or a similar talent acquisition role.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills are required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases.
  • Familiarity with labor laws and employment best practices.
