The HR and Recruitment Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping the workforce and driving organizational success. The ideal candidate will develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies, hire top-tier talent, and collaborate with department heads to understand hiring goals and anticipate staffing needs. In addition to recruitment, the HR and Recruitment Manager ensures that HR practices are in line with organizational objectives and legal compliance. This includes overseeing employee relations, benefits, and performance management while fostering a positive workplace culture. Responsibilities
Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligning with business needs.

Manage and refine the talent acquisition process from sourcing to onboarding.
Maintain an updated database of recruitment metrics and candidate pipelines.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and corporate policies at all times.
Oversee employee relations programs and address workplace issues effectively.
Design and execute performance evaluation processes and enhancement plans.
Handle labor relations and negotiate employee agreements skillfully.
Provide guidance on HR policies and conduct training sessions as needed.

Manage HR department budgets to optimize operational efficiency and impact.
Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives to promote workplace equity.
Requirements
Strong experience in recruitment within a corporate setting is required.
Proven track record of successful HR strategy implementation.
Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and compliance practices.
Demonstrated leadership capability with a focus on team development.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
