As a Junior Staffing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing staffing solutions to meet the dynamic needs of our organization. This position is ideal for a proactive individual eager to gain expertise in recruitment and personnel management. You will work closely with the HR team and other key stakeholders to streamline the hiring process, facilitate interviews, and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates. Your keen interest in human resources and capacity to handle recruitment administrative tasks will be crucial for your success in this role. Key to this role is your passion for discovering and nurturing talent, as well as improving hiring practices to ensure we engage the best candidates. You will be interacting regularly with hiring managers to understand their specific staffing requirements and ensure these are met efficiently. Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial resume screenings to assess applicants' qualifications and skills.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers promptly.
  • Assist in developing effective recruiting plans and strategies to attract talent.
  • Engage actively with candidates during the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience.
  • Maintain and update organizational databases and records with candidate information.
  • Collaborate with human resources and administrative teams for seamless onboarding processes.
  • Implement recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of staffing initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws during hiring activities.
  • Generate comprehensive reports on recruitment and staffing performance analysis.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the recruitment process and policies.
  • Support and participate in campus recruitment and career events to attract new talent.
  • Facilitate communication between candidates and management to expedite hiring decisions.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or any related field is mandatory.
  • Proven experience in staffing, recruitment, or a related HR role is preferred.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to manage engagements.
  • Ability to utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) effectively and efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle various tasks.
  • Understanding of basic employment laws and regulations existing in the industry.
  • Experience in managing confidential and sensitive information appropriately.
