Job Description

A Talent Acquisition Executive plays a critical role in shaping the organizations' workforce by identifying qualified and talented individuals to meet the company’s staffing needs. This individual works closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and deploys creative sourcing strategies to find the best candidates. The Talent Acquisition Executive is not just tasked with filling positions but ensuring that each hire aligns with the company's culture and objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of recruitment techniques, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to manage streams of data effectively to make informed hiring decisions. Additionally, the Talent Acquisition Executive is responsible for maintaining a positive candidate experience, from the initial contact through the interview process and onboarding. 


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications and fit.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future staffing needs.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and needs.
  • Manage candidate experience, ensuring communication is clear, timely, and professional.
  • Use data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
  • Coordinate with external recruitment agencies and platforms to fill specialized roles effectively.
  • Provide training and resources to hiring managers on interview best practices.
  • Continuously improve recruitment processes based on candidate and manager feedback.
  • Draft and post job descriptions to various job boards and social media platforms.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Proven 3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is essential.
  • Strong understanding and experience in full-cycle recruitment processes.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases is required.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines efficiently.
  • Demonstrated ability to use data to drive recruitment strategy improvements.
