Corporate Trainer (Part Time)

The Corporate Trainer is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs to employees within an organization. They should have excellent presentation and communication skills to effectively transfer knowledge and skills to the trainees. The Corporate Trainer must be able to adapt training methods to different learning styles and levels of understanding.

Responsibilities

• Conduct needs analysis to identify training needs within the organization.
• Design and develop training programs and materials.
• Deliver training sessions to employees both in-person and remotely.
• Customize training content to meet the specific needs of different departments or roles.
• Assess training effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop training materials.
• Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to trainees.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development.
• Ensure compliance with training policies and procedures.
• Evaluate and report on the impact of training programs on employee performance.

• Bachelor's degree in Training and Development, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Corporate Trainer or a similar role.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Strong knowledge of training methodologies and adult learning principles.
• Ability to adapt training methods to different learning styles and audiences.
