Job Description

The role of a Manager School Operations is critical in ensuring that the day-to-day functions of a school run smoothly and efficiently. This individual oversees various administrative tasks, manages school resources, and ensures that both faculty and students have the support necessary to succeed. This position requires a high level of organization, leadership, and communication skills to manage the complex array of tasks involved in school operations. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in education, management or a related field required.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a school administrative role.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary.
  • Proven ability to manage resources and school operations effectively.
  • Experience with budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation.
  • Familiarity with educational policies and school management software systems.
