As a SaaS Sales Specialist, you will be at the forefront of our efforts to bring competitive software as a service (SaaS) products to market, capitalizing on the growing demand for agile, scalable business solutions. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of SaaS and the enterprise software market, possessing the ability to convey the advantages of our software solutions to potential clients. You will utilize your technical acumen and customer-centric intuition to develop customer relationships that lead to successful demonstrations and sales. By joining our team, you'll play an integral role in expanding our client base while ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty through efficient service and constant engagement.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify potential SaaS prospects through research and networking.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Conduct detailed product demonstrations tailored to individual client needs.
  • Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline through effective account management practices.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and quotas.
  • Provide top-tier customer service and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Analyze client requirements and offer solutions that align with their goals.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit margins.
  • Prepare and deliver sales report presentations to management on performance.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with product development to communicate client feedback and requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in SaaS sales or a relevant field.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in SaaS.
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong customer focus or orientation.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate client needs and market trends.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
