An Outdoor Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales and business growth by actively engaging with clients in the field. With a keen focus on customer satisfaction, this role involves identifying sales opportunities, building strong client relationships, and consistently meeting sales targets. Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned territories.
  • Conduct presentations to potential clients to showcase product benefits.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
  • Collaborate with sales team members to achieve collective monthly sales targets.
  • Continuously update knowledge of industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding customer requirements and market trends.
  • Ensure accurate and timely submission of sales reports and forecasts.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize sales profits.
  • Follow up on leads generated by marketing and other promotional activities.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, events, and conferences as required.
  • Utilize CRM software to document client interactions and sales progress.
  • Provide excellent post-sale service to customers and resolve any issues promptly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in an outdoor or field sales role.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for this role.
  • Strong ability to negotiate and close deals effectively with clients.
  • Self-motivated individual with a results-driven attitude and keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is required.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within assigned regions and territories.
