Job Description

We are looking for a Recruiter – Product Specialist who blends recruitment expertise with strong product-oriented thinking. This role is ideal for someone who is not only passionate about finding and engaging top talent but also curious about recruitment technology, product-driven strategies, and exploring innovative sourcing techniques.


As a Recruiter – Product Specialist, you will play a dual role: driving recruitment success and contributing product-level insights to enhance our hiring solutions. You will work closely with product, tech, and operations teams to refine strategies, optimize recruitment workflows, and shape how our tools can deliver maximum value.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Own the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned roles, from job scoping and sourcing to closing offers.
  • Explore and implement innovative sourcing techniques (AI-driven tools, Boolean search, social platforms, communities, etc.).
  • Partner with product and tech teams to provide feedback on recruitment workflows, candidate experience, and tool enhancements.
  • Analyze recruitment funnels, candidate engagement patterns, and sourcing efficiency to recommend product-driven improvements.
  • Stay updated on talent acquisition trends, HR tech products, and sourcing innovations, applying them in day-to-day hiring.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline across niche and high-demand skill sets.
  • Act as a bridge between recruitment and product — ensuring hiring strategies are data-driven and aligned with business objectives.


Desired Skills & Experience


  • 2–5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in tech or product-driven environments.
  • Strong interest in product thinking — ability to see recruitment not just as hiring, but as a process to be optimized and innovated.
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, GitHub, StackOverflow, AI-based tools, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Boolean/X-Ray search techniques and alternative sourcing channels.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret hiring metrics and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Self-starter attitude with curiosity to experiment with new strategies and bring fresh ideas.
