Sales Executive(Spare Parts)

The Spare Parts Salesman is responsible for selling spare parts and accessories to customers. They provide product information, assist customers in finding the right parts, and process sales transactions. The Spare Parts Salesman also maintains inventory levels, tracks orders, and coordinates with suppliers. They ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and following up on after-sales service. Additionally, they stay updated on product knowledge and market trends to meet sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in identifying and selecting the appropriate spare parts and accessories.
• Provide accurate and detailed product information to customers.
• Process sales orders, invoices, and payments accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized spare parts showroom.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to replenish stock.
• Track and update customer orders, ensuring timely delivery.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and handle any after-sales service requests.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the achievement of department goals.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven sales experience, ideally in the automotive or spare parts industry.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to quickly learn and understand product specifications and technical details.
• Strong negotiation and persuasive selling skills.
