The Pricing Appraiser – Used Cars is responsible for evaluating and determining the market value of pre-owned vehicles to support sales, trade-ins, and purchasing decisions. This role requires strong knowledge of automotive models, conditions, and market dynamics. The appraiser must ensure accurate assessments, maintain pricing competitiveness, and support inventory decisions in alignment with business goals.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect and appraise used vehicles for quality, mileage, condition, and history.

• Determine market value using internal tools, databases, and market analysis.

• Provide pricing guidance for trade-in offers and procurement.

• Monitor used car market trends and adjust pricing strategies accordingly.

• Coordinate with sales and purchasing teams to align pricing with inventory goals.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of various car brands and models.

• Ensure accurate documentation of vehicle condition and value.

• Develop reports and pricing summaries for management.

• Liaise with auction houses, dealerships, and external vendors.

• Support negotiations on vehicle acquisitions or trade-ins.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or relevant technical qualification; automotive training is a plus.

• 2+ years of experience in vehicle appraisal or used car pricing.

• Strong knowledge of automotive models, specs, and depreciation trends.

• Familiarity with appraisal tools and online pricing platforms.

• Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.

• Attention to detail and strong documentation ability.

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work independently and under pressure.

• Valid UAE driving license.
