Fleet Sales Manager

The Fleet Sales Manager is responsible for managing and growing fleet sales operations, including developing strategic relationships with corporate clients, government entities, and leasing companies. This role plays a key part in driving volume sales targets, building long-term partnerships, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should be results-driven, possess strong negotiation skills, and have proven experience in automotive sales—especially fleet.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a strategic sales plan for fleet customers.

• Identify and acquire new corporate clients and retain existing accounts.

• Prepare fleet proposals, quotations, and contracts based on client needs.

• Maintain strong relationships with leasing companies, government agencies, and large enterprises.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.

• Achieve monthly and annual fleet sales targets and profitability goals.

• Coordinate with logistics and service departments to ensure timely delivery and after-sales support.

• Organize fleet test drives, presentations, and promotional events.

• Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for senior management.

• Negotiate deals and provide customized solutions to clients.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive fleet sales or B2B sales.

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills.

• Excellent knowledge of automotive products and leasing models.

• Ability to prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Valid UAE driving license is a must.
