Accountabilities

• Handle all operational matters relating to the vessel and cargo clearance with respective authorities – ensuring timely and professional completion of services.
• Maintain records and provide supporting information & documentation as required by shipping & logistics team.
• Liaise with authorities to obtain necessary passes and permits.
• Regularly meet with master whilst in port to understand additional requirements and coordinate with shipping teams for service delivery.
• On-time submission of receipts and settlement with the concerned.
• Assure the PPE (Personal Protection Equipment) are available and used as and when required.
  
  

• Position: Shift Duty Staff
• Location: Nakheel, Ras Al Khaimah
• Shifts: Rotating shifts including nights and weekends

• Must be a citizen of the United Arab Emirates.
• Preferred 2 years of experience in a similar role within the shipping industry.
• Strong knowledge of maritime regulations and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
• Flexibility to work irregular hours and travel when required.
