HR Recruiter

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Female HR Recruiter to manage our hiring process and attract top talent. The successful candidate will collaborate with hiring managers and use sourcing strategies to build talent pools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with sales managers to understand staffing needs
• Create and post job descriptions across platforms
• Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, social media and referrals
• Responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Oversee all phases of the on-boarding process
• Maintain human resource information system records and personnel files.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year experience In HR Recruitment Or Talent Acquisition.
• Ability to maintain confidential employee, client and organization information
• Dependable, highly motivated self-starter
• Detail oriented, highly organized and able to handle a variety of tasks and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner with a high level of quality and accuracy
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Available immediately
• Must be in UAE
• Multilingual is an advantage
