Join our dynamic team as a Telesales Executive specializing in engaging Arabic-speaking clients. We are seeking a highly motivated professional with excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English to drive sales and build strong customer relationships. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, understanding their needs, and offering suitable solutions. As an Arabic Telesales Executive, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market reach and contributing to our company's sales targets.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to target potential customers and generate sales leads.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our products or services for effective promotion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Arabic-speaking clients and partners.
  • Identify customer needs and customize product solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics regularly.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction through the sales process.
  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transition and fulfillment of sales orders.
  • Keep informed of industry trends and market developments to stay competitive.
  • Participate in training sessions to improve process efficiency and product knowledge.
  • Utilize CRM tools effectively to document customer interactions and update records.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Arabic and English is essential for effective communication.
  • Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong client relationships.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a similar role.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals successfully.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required, Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
