About the Role:

CrawlBrains is looking for a Digital Marketing Executive with strong expertise in performance marketing to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will manage and optimize multi-platform digital campaigns to drive measurable results and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

• Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other reporting tools.

• Develop strategies to maximize ROI and achieve marketing KPIs.

• Collaborate with content and creative teams to align ads with brand objectives.

• Stay ahead of the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing.

Requirements:

• 3–4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing and performance marketing.

• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

• Proficiency in Google Analytics with a data-driven approach to optimization.

• Strong analytical and reporting skills.

• Ability to work independently and in collaboration with a team.
