Job Description

A CRM Executive plays a crucial role in managing a company's relationships and interactions with both potential and existing customers. This position is primarily focused on utilizing customer data to improve the overall experience and drive customer retention. The CRM Executive will employ strategic methodologies to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction, working closely with sales, marketing, and customer service departments. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience working in CRM or relevant fields.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and strong technical skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are essential for this role.
  • Experience in data analysis and using insights to improve customer strategies.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities effectively.
