IT Project Manager (225-918)

The IT Project Manager is a key position within our organization, responsible for leading and managing technology-based projects from conception to completion. This role offers the opportunity to work on dynamic projects that are crucial to the company's success and innovation. The IT Project Manager will be instrumental in coordinating between departments, managing budgets, timelines, and ensuring that project goals align with organizational objectives. Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans to guide teams from initiation to close.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties for flawless project execution.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
• Identify and manage project risks and issues for successful outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
• Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate processes.
• Prepare and present detailed project reports to management and stakeholders.
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope.
• Develop strong working relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Initiate, outline, and document all project related meetings and communications.
• Contribute to the development of project management best practices and standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven working experience as an IT Project Manager for at least 5 years.
• Solid technical background with understanding of software development life cycles.
• Strong familiarity with project management software tools and methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and exceptional organizational skills.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred but not required.
