About The Role

Assist the Team Leader with the day-to-day, general maintenance and operational works of the Water Park MEP department. Assist with escalated technical problems and making technical decisions related to safety and operations.

Key Duties And Responsibilities

• Learn how to work in a team covering assignments and safety for all staff required to fully operate and maintain all Water Park MEP.
• Be part of the team to ensure that the plant and its operators comply with the requisite health standards by regularly testing the water supply and keeping meticulous records.
• Be part of the team responsible for maintaining a safe work environment and ensuring all equipment is in proper working order and condition.
• Have regular discussions within your team and ensure your Team Leader is kept informed of any relevant happenings.
• Maintain cleanliness of mechanical rooms, storage rooms, electrical and boiler rooms.
• Inspection of proper functions of plumbing & HVAC systems and report damages, if any.
• Learn the daily safety inspections.
• Any other tasked requested by superiors.
  
  

About You

The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience working with refrigeration equipment and air handling or fan coil units. Experience in facility management services is desirable. Strong English communication skills are required to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders.
