Job Description

We are hiring a Technical Architect with proven experience in contracting firms in the UAE, specifically in large-scale building construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing architectural detailing, coordination, and technical compliance throughout all project stages.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, review, and coordinate architectural shop drawings and technical submittals.

Ensure alignment of architectural details with structural and MEP systems.

Coordinate closely with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams for design clarifications and approvals.

Address site-related technical issues and provide timely architectural solutions during execution.

Ensure compliance with local authority regulations (Dubai Municipality, DDA, Trakhees, etc.).

Lead technical reviews, support construction teams, and manage document control for architectural deliverables.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.

Minimum 7–10 years of experience in a technical architectural role within UAE-based contracting firms.

Strong knowledge of UAE building codes, authority submission processes, and construction practices.

Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural software.

Excellent problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills.
