We are currently seeking experienced off plan property consultants to join the growing team at Savills. The ideal candidate will have previous Dubai based experience either within Brokerage or working directly with a Developer. Selected candidates will be able to demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of Developers and Projects across the UAE.
The chosen candidate must be a motivated, professional and presentable with the ability to meet with clients and pitch potential properties and projects.
Successful candidates will be expected to qualify leads generated through our marketing campaigns as well as utilising their existing connections.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve individual monthly targets as set by management
Have an in-depth knowledge of UAE based projects and the ability to pitch these to potential buyers
Qualify leads and data management using the company CRM
Advise Clients in the process of buying through a developer, guiding them in finding the best options as per their requirements
Assist in negotiations between buyers and developers
Develop and maintain relationships across different developers
Keep up to date with market trends and best practices
Continually network and identify business opportunities, including attending real estate exhibitions and keeping updated with latest local and national property market information and laws
Abide by RERA standards
Ensure punctual attendance for all internal and external business commitments
Perform duties to a high professional and ethical standard
Maintain a high professional profile at all times
Build excellent working relationships with clients and colleagues alike
Present to potential clients and advise them on investment opportunities
Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
Identify creative & innovative marketing initiatives to generate new business
Fully understand relevant legislation and procedures in the local market with respect to the purchase and sale of a property
Actively maintain the company’s databases and property portals, uploading all data on client information, updates and details of viewings arranged etc.
To have an understanding of local process and administration of completing a property purchase.
Skills, Knowledge And Experience
Educated to college or degree level (or equivalent)
Minimum 2 years sales experience within the Dubai market
RERA license
Must hold a UAE driver’s license with own car
Strong negotiation and selling skills
Confident in presentation delivery
Proven record of achieving sales targets
Good organisational skills
Excellent communication skills, written and spoken
Team player
Willing to work flexibly to provide best service to the clients (weekends, as required)
Excellent command of the English language both written and verbal
