Responsibilities
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand and meet staffing needs efficiently.

Source candidates through various channels like job boards and social media.
Review and screen resumes and application forms for potential candidates.
Conduct initial interviews to pre-qualify candidates for vacant roles.
Coordinate with hiring managers for interviewing processes and schedule interviews.
Maintain and manage candidate information within the recruitment database.
Provide feedback to candidates regarding their interview process and results.
Partner with HR to ensure alignment in cross-functional hiring processes.
Enhance and promote employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies.
Stay updated on labor laws to ensure compliance in hiring procedures.
Foster relationships with universities and colleges for fresh talent outreach.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR-related roles.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection techniques.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously and efficiently.
Knowledge of labor legislation and compliance in recruitment practices.
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to conduct thorough research to identify emerging recruitment trends.
Proactive and resourceful problem-solving skills in dynamic environments.
