About The Job

An opportunity has arisen for a Spa Attendant to join our SPA team at Jumeirah Saadiyat Island. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

• To check and set up the daily operations of the male/female spa according to Jumeirah Saadiyat Island standards.
• To replenish all necessary items in male/female spa promptly.
• To greet the guest upon entering the male/female spa.
• To maintain the water in the male/female spa areas.
• To provide service promptly, courteously and accurately.
• To request, collect stock and supplies in accordance with minimum stock levels.
• To evaluate the operations and procedures and suggest improvements to the Assistant Spa Manager/Head Attendant.
  
  

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of work experience as a Spa Attendant preferably with an international luxury hospitality company
• Strong customer service orientation
• Adaptability and appreciation of cultural diversity
• Knowledge in spa treatment and health treatments
• Ability to make guests feel relaxed and provide an immersive wellness experience
