Job Description

As an SEO - SEM Specialist, you'll play a critical role in shaping and executing our strategic digital marketing initiatives. Your main objective will be enhancing our online presence through both organic search engine optimization and paid search engine marketing strategies. By analyzing data, identifying trends, and applying best practices, you'll develop compelling marketing strategies that drive traffic, increase brand awareness, and elevate conversion rates. You'll be tasked with optimizing landing pages, crafting attention-catching ad copy, and leveraging keywords to improve our rankings on both search engines and digital advertising platforms. Working collaboratively across departments, you’ll ensure consistent branding and messaging in our online marketing channels. Your contribution will be integral in maximizing the return on our digital ad spend and achieving our business growth targets in a highly competitive digital landscape.


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive keyword research to guide content creation efforts and SEO strategy.
  • Develop, implement, and track both organic and paid search marketing campaigns for our brand.
  • Monitor and analyze campaigns across all social and digital platforms for performance insights.
  • Collaborate with content developers to optimize site architecture, server changeovers, and page speed.
  • Use Google Analytics and SEO tools to generate reports and insights on campaign performance.
  • Contribute to the development of new growth strategies and testing of innovative marketing approaches.
  • Manage and optimize PPC campaigns in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other digital advertising channels.
  • Ensure all search engine optimization and marketing efforts are aligned with our branding guidelines.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO and SEM trends to ensure cutting-edge tactics.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to evaluate how our brand performs against competitors.
  • Create SEO-friendly content and align marketing strategies with relevant industry trends.
  • Regularly update strategies based on algorithm changes and new ranking factors.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, computer science, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an SEO and SEM Specialist, with demonstrable results.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and SEO auditing tools.
  • Experience in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and how they impact SEO.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, multitasking, and presentation skills.
  • Effective problem-solver with the ability to generate creative solutions.
