Job Description

The Senior Sales Executive is a critical role within our organization, responsible for driving revenue growth through the acquisition of new clients and the expansion of relationships with existing customers. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the sales process, excelling at lead generation, relationship building, and closing deals. This position requires a seasoned sales professional with a track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets, possessing exceptional negotiation and communication skills. The Senior Sales Executive will work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve business goals. An ideal candidate will be motivated, proactive, and skilled in managing complex sales cycles, providing exceptional service to facilitate long-term customer loyalty and repeat business.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities across targeted market segments and territories.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve organizational revenue objectives.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Actively pursue potential clients through cold calling, networking, and industry events.
  • Prepare and deliver tailored presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with market trends.
  • Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about industry developments and competition.
  • Negotiate contract terms and close sales agreements with professionalism and integrity.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems.
  • Provide timely reports and forecasts to senior management on sales performance and pipeline.
  • Mentor and guide junior sales team members, sharing best practices and insights.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in a sales role, preferably in a senior capacity.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are essential.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong client relationships and foster trust.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite for sales activities.
