Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

 

·       Lead Generation & Prospecting:

 

o   Identify and generate new business leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and online platforms.

o   Research and target potential clients who may benefit from IRHA Accounting & Auditing Services.

o   Develop a pipeline of prospective clients and convert leads into long-term business relationships.

 

·       Sales Presentations & Consultations:

 

o   Deliver engaging and tailored sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the firm's range of accounting and auditing services.

o   Provide consultations to potential clients, understanding their financial needs and recommending the most suitable services.

o   Create customized proposals based on client needs and follow up to close sales.

 

·       Client Relationship Management:

 

o   Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

o   Manage client accounts and act as the primary point of contact for any sales-related inquiries.

o   Address and resolve client concerns, ensuring satisfaction and fostering positive relationships.

 

·       Sales Targets & Performance:

 

o   Achieve individual and team sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the company.

o   Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new sales opportunities and stay competitive.

o   Regularly report on sales performance, lead generation, and conversion rates to senior management.

 

·       Market Research & Competitor Analysis:

 

o   Continuously research the market to stay informed on industry trends, client needs, and competitor activities.

o   Provide insights and feedback to management on market demands, pricing, and potential areas for service improvement.

 

·       Collaboration & Coordination:

 

o   Work closely with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and materials for business development.

o   Coordinate with the operations and client services teams to ensure smooth delivery of services to clients.

o   Assist with the preparation and submission of tenders or proposals for new clients.

 

·       Client Onboarding:

 

o   Guide new clients through the onboarding process, explaining the scope of services and ensuring all paperwork and agreements are completed accurately.

o   Assist clients in understanding the value and benefits of accounting and auditing services provided by the firm.

 

·       Reporting & Documentation:

 

o   Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales activities, and performance metrics in the CRM system.

o   Prepare and present regular sales reports to management, outlining progress against sales targets and future opportunities.

 

Qualifications & Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field.

·       At least 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles, preferably in accounting, auditing, or financial services.

·       Experience working with diverse clients, particularly within the UAE market, is highly desirable.

·       Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

·       Experience with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.

·       Strong communication and negotiation skills (both verbal and written).

·       Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

·       Strong understanding of accounting, auditing, and financial consulting services.

·       Ability to create tailored sales presentations and proposals.

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

·       Fluent in English, Hindi (both spoken and written).
