Senior Visualizer

The Senior Visualizer plays a vital role in bringing creative concepts to life through high-quality visual representations, including 3D renderings, photorealistic visuals, and animation walkthroughs. This role is crucial in architectural, interior design, advertising, and branding environments, ensuring that ideas are translated into compelling imagery for presentations, marketing, and client approvals. The ideal candidate will have exceptional visualization skills, a strong sense of design aesthetics, and mastery of rendering software and post-production tools.

Responsibilities:

• Develop high-end 3D renderings, visualizations, and animation walkthroughs for architectural, interior, and product design projects.

• Interpret design concepts and architectural plans to create compelling visuals for presentations and marketing materials.

• Collaborate with designers, architects, and creative directors to understand project requirements and visualize ideas accurately.

• Apply lighting, textures, and materials to 3D models to achieve photorealistic results.

• Perform post-production editing using tools like Photoshop or After Effects to enhance render quality.

• Work closely with the creative team to refine visuals based on feedback and ensure alignment with brand and design guidelines.

• Maintain an organized archive of visual assets, textures, models, and past project files.

• Stay up to date with the latest visualization trends, software, and rendering techniques.

• Meet project deadlines while maintaining consistent quality and creativity.

• Assist in the preparation of presentations and storyboards when required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Fine Arts, or related field.

• 5+ years of experience in 3D visualization or a similar creative role.

• Proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray/Corona Renderer, SketchUp, Lumion, and Adobe Creative Suite.

• Strong understanding of lighting, materials, and camera composition.

• Excellent post-production skills in Adobe Photoshop and After Effects.

• A strong portfolio showcasing photorealistic rendering and animation skills.

• Ability to interpret 2D drawings and sketches into accurate 3D visuals.

• High attention to detail and artistic sensibility.

• Strong communication and time-management skills.
