About Us:
We are a well-established trading company based in Dubai, currently expanding our team to support our growing operations. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join us as an Accounts & Office Administrator.


Job Responsibilities:


Accounts Duties:

  • Receive, check and maintain records of sales and purchase Invoices
  • Process and verify incoming Invoices, expenses and payments in a timely manner
  • Audit financial transactions and documents
  • Support Auditors during audits and provide necessary documentation
  • Ensure compliance with accounting and VAT regulations in the UAE
  • Manage all accounting transactions and maintenance of general Ledger
  • Prepare Budget forecast and publish financial statements on time
  • Handle Monthly, Quarterly and Annual closing
  • Reports on the company’s financial health and liquidity
  • Familiar with International Accounting principles and standards
  • Hands on experience with accounting software like QB, and Bitrix24 is a must
  • Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies
  • Maintain digital and physical financial records
  • Issue invoices to customers and external partners, as needed
  • Create and update expense reports and process reimbursement forms
  • Prepare bank deposits
  • Enter financial transactions into internal databases and check spreadsheets for accuracy


Office Administration Duties:

  • Manage office supplies and ensure a well-organized workspace
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and general correspondence
  • Maintain and update internal databases and filing systems
  • Support general administrative tasks and office coordination
  • Manage monthly payables Utilities, Office Supplies and other Expense


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in accounting
  • Fluency in English and additional Languages is a plus
  • Proven experience in accounting and office administration (minimum 2-3 years preferred)
  • Proficiency in accounting software like QB, CRM Software like Bitrix24, and MS Office Applications
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and within the Team
  • Based in UAE, preferably with knowledge of local business practices
