Job Description

The Operations Assistant provides essential administrative and logistical support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations within the organization. This role is responsible for coordinating operational processes, maintaining accurate records, assisting in inventory control, and facilitating communication between departments. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced work environment while maintaining efficiency and accuracy.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the daily coordination of operational activities and workflows.

  • Maintain and update operational documentation and records.

  • Support inventory tracking and procurement processes.

  • Coordinate meetings, logistics, and internal communications.

  • Prepare and process reports, forms, and operational documents.

  • Handle correspondence and respond to queries related to operations.

  • Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and service providers as required.

  • Track deliveries, shipments, and materials for operational continuity.

  • Provide administrative support to senior operations staff and departments.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.

  • 2–3 years of experience in an administrative or operations support role.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with ERP or operations systems.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • High attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines.

  • Knowledge of logistics or supply chain processes is a plus.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
