Financial Analyst

The Financial Analyst plays a critical role in evaluating financial data, forecasting trends, and supporting strategic decision-making across the organization. This position involves conducting in-depth financial analysis, preparing reports, budgeting, and providing actionable insights to improve financial performance. Ideal candidates should be analytical thinkers with strong business acumen and a solid understanding of financial modeling and reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial data and trends to support business planning and decision-making.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and forecasts.

• Conduct variance analysis and identify key performance indicators.

• Assist in the budgeting and financial planning processes.

• Develop financial models for new projects, investments, and cost structures.

• Monitor and analyze industry trends and competitor financial performance.

• Support internal audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and validate assumptions.

• Evaluate operational efficiency and recommend cost-saving initiatives.

• Present findings and recommendations to senior management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; CFA or MBA is a plus.

• 3–5 years of experience as a financial analyst or in a similar role.

• Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis.

• Advanced knowledge of Excel, financial software, and ERP systems.

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.

• High attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.

• Ability to present complex data in clear, concise reports and dashboards.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
