Responsibilities

  • Prepare and present accurate and timely sales forecasts to the sales director.
  • Attend industry conferences, seminars, and events to network and promote offerings.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Handle customer queries and complaints efficiently to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Use CRM tools to manage sales pipeline and generate relevant reports.
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and plans with the team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is often preferred.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Ability to develop in-depth understanding of the products and services offered.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales productivity tools.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
  • Self-motivated with a strong result-oriented approach in achieving goals.
