Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and bilingual Call Center Agent fluent in both English and Arabic to join our dynamic customer service team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a patient and professional demeanor, and the ability to handle multiple customer interactions efficiently. This role is pivotal in providing exceptional customer service experience by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. As a Call Center Agent, you will work in a fast-paced environment where expertise in problem-solving and multitasking will be essential. If you are passionate about delivering outstanding service and have a knack for communication, we would love to have you on our team.


Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide information about products and services efficiently to customers.
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns effectively and professionally.
  • Identify and escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Achieve and maintain required call quality and customer satisfaction ratings.
  • Handle a large volume of inbound and outbound calls with precision.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies religiously.
  • Manage customer interactions using CRM software and other tools provided.
  • Participate in training sessions to improve knowledge and performance.
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.

Requirements

  • Fluency in both English and Arabic languages, written and verbal.
  • Proven experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer applications.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays if needed.
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification; further education is a plus.
